Wait—why don’t I see REFUND REQUEST in the subject list?
Because you’ll never need one. Why would you? If you find something wrong with a purchase, let us know: If it’s a typo, we’ll fix it; if something is misformatted, we’ll fix it; if we’ve done anything incorrectly that we were hired to do, we’ll fix it.
The only things we aren’t willing to fix are things we weren’t responsible for, such as lost revenues resulting from your failure to notice some other mistake we made. We will fix the mistake, but our liability ends there.
Still—if you come up with a different reason why a refund might be appropriate, let us know. Maybe it’s something we haven’t thought of.
